Impact,
Jou idee vd rekkie werk baie goed. Ons het dit al so gedoen.
Dis net bietjie moeite om elke keer die lyn deur die rekkie te sit.
En die rekkie moet omtrent elke keer vervang word.
Onthou net die pyl pluk daai lyn baie vinnig styf en die lyn deur die agterkant vd pyl moet baie stewig en sterk wees.
Dis beter om liewer 'n stukkie draad trace deur die pyl te sit en dan die lyn aan die trace vas te maak.
As jy stadige swaar pyle soos Zwickey gebruik, dan is die skok vd lyn op die pyl nie so erg nie.
Maar as jy grafiet pyle gebruik, dan skiet hulle baaaie vinniger en pluk die lyn baie hard.
My pyle is gewone hol alum pyle met 135 punte an weeg so 650gn en my visboog is afgestel na so 55lb.

Guardian is reg, by boog is op 55lb en ek skiet 950 gr pyle, so ek skiet baie stadig. Dan gebruik ek ook baie duk dacron. Sal ook n foto later plaas.

dis mos jou boog in die trophy room ek plan dieselfde tiepe setup ek het een van daai cheap china boe wat55 pond is gan hom so oprig en dan maar kyk water swaar pyly ek kan bou ek het so paar 66o grein pyle en kyk hoe werk dit dankie

Fucius,
I agree with Zwickey, it might be too heavy.
You might as well buy a fibreglass fish arrow instead.
It might also not shoot very accurate, because of he severe compromise in spine stiffness when you fill it with resin.
