Hi Guys

Would just like to know if Giraffe meat is good eating and how is the biltong? Also what im i looking at weigh wise for a size bull, carcass weight?

Hi Eddie,

you get about 450 kgs of meat off a bull, meat is good biltong if you know how to process it correctly, many people don't eat Giraffe because they feel ashamed, we buy meat and pay R10/kg for Zebra and Giraffe. If you intereste to sell call me on 0823471090
