Things have been quite crazy for me the last few months. I lost my grandfather in December. He had been ill for some time. Since the election in Nov everybody and their brother has been buying guns and ammo. I am having a had time getting inventory. Guns and gold seem to be the only thing selling and the only people buying gold are the refiners which is fine. We have had very cold weather (for Florida). Several hard frosts and freezes. So much for global warming!

I have taken an interest in varmint hunting. I have been trying to call coyotes but so far I have only called in crows. A 22-250 makes a mess of them. I am going to Georgia to hunt coyotes in a couple of weeks on a friends deer hunting lease. We deer hunted there on the last weekend of the season. Neither one of us had any luck but we say plenty of coyote tracks so we are going to give them a try now that deer season is over. I have never shot one before so I hope I get lucky.

You must enjoy your Coyote hunting outing.

It's a bit easier with a rifle than a bow, but those foxes can be very sly !

I've called in a few jackall with a normal blown predator call, but the problem is to draw the bow when he's 18yards away and looking straight at you

With a 22-250 it should be a different situation
